What is ListFlow?

ListFlow is a modern shopping list app for iPhone. It helps you create, manage, and share shopping lists with family and friends. The app works offline and syncs via iCloud when connected.

Is ListFlow free?

Yes! ListFlow has a generous free tier that includes one shopping list, unlimited items, favourites, destinations, shopping mode, and text export. Pro features are available as a one-time purchase.

What devices does ListFlow work on?

ListFlow is designed for iPhone running iOS 15.0 or later. Pro users with iCloud sync enabled can access their lists on other Apple devices that support iCloud.

Does ListFlow work offline?

Yes! ListFlow works fully offline. You can create lists, add items, and use shopping mode without an internet connection. Pro users will see their changes sync automatically when they're back online.

Pro & Purchases

What's included in Pro?

Pro includes unlimited lists, iCloud sync across devices, real-time list sharing, barcode scanning, product lookup with nutrition info, and history/archive features. See the Features page for a full comparison.

Is Pro a subscription?

No! Pro is a one-time purchase (£2.99 UK / $3.99 US / €2.99 EU). Pay once and own all Pro features forever, including any future Pro updates.

How do I upgrade to Pro?

Open ListFlow, go to Settings, and tap "Upgrade to Pro". You'll see a summary of Pro features and can complete your purchase through the App Store.

How do I restore my Pro purchase?

If you've previously purchased Pro (or reinstalled the app), go to Settings and tap "Restore Purchases". This will restore your Pro features using your Apple ID.

How do I redeem a promo code?

Promo codes are redeemed through the App Store, not in the app. Open the App Store, tap your profile picture, tap "Redeem Gift Card or Code", and enter your code. Then open ListFlow and tap "Restore Purchases" in Settings.

Lists & Items

How many lists can I create?

Free users can create 1 active list. Pro users can create unlimited lists.

How many items can I add to a list?

There's no limit on items. Both Free and Pro users can add unlimited items to each list.

Can I reorder items in my list?

Yes! Press and hold any item, then drag it to reorder. This works in both the normal list view and shopping mode.

Sharing & Sync

How do I share a list with someone?

Pro users can share lists via iCloud. Open your list, tap the share icon, and select "Share via iCloud". Send the invitation via Messages, Email, or copy the link. The recipient needs an iCloud account to collaborate.

Can Free users share lists?

Free users can export lists as text to share via Messages, Email, WhatsApp, etc. This creates a snapshot of the list. For real-time collaborative sharing via iCloud, you'll need Pro.

Why isn't my list syncing?

Check that: (1) You have Pro, as sync is a Pro feature; (2) You're signed into iCloud on your device; (3) ListFlow has permission to use iCloud in Settings > Apple ID > iCloud; (4) You have an internet connection. Try pulling down on your list to force a sync.

Barcode Scanning

How does barcode scanning work?

Pro users can tap the barcode icon to open the camera scanner. Point at a product barcode and ListFlow will detect it, look up the product in the Open Food Facts database, and let you add it to your list.

Why wasn't my product found?

Product data comes from Open Food Facts, a crowdsourced database. Not all products are in the database, especially regional or store-brand items. You can still add the item manually.

Troubleshooting

The app crashed. What should I do?

Try closing and reopening the app. If the problem persists, try restarting your iPhone. If you continue to experience crashes, please contact us at with details about what you were doing when it crashed.

My purchase didn't go through

If you were charged but don't have Pro features, go to Settings and tap "Restore Purchases". If the problem persists, check your App Store purchase history and contact us with your receipt details.

How do I delete my data?

You can delete individual lists by swiping left and tapping Delete. To delete all data, you can uninstall the app. Pro users with iCloud sync should also go to Settings > Apple ID > iCloud > Manage Storage to remove cloud data.
